We are extremely proud to announce that Strategic Blue has achieved ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 certifications! This is a HUGE milestone for us. We can’t quite believe we’ve achieved not just one, but two internationally recognised awards in such a short space of time. This is a true reflection of our commitment to continuously improve our service to customers, and of the tremendous efforts of our team.

The ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management certification has been awarded to Strategic Blue for our commitment to quality and assurance. To achieve this certification, we went through a rigorous evaluation process which included all of our procedures being documented and evaluated. This process included the development of a quality management system that has a strong focus on continuous improvement for our customers. We’re confident that this certification will also help us to demonstrate our commitment to providing a high-quality service, improve efficiency, and win and retain customers through continuously improving operational excellence.
At Strategic Blue, our customers’ security is paramount and we take every precaution to protect your information so that customers can focus on growing your business. This is why we have also sought and gained our ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management certification. This international certification sets out the specification for an information security management system (ISMS).
In simple terms, it’s a best practice approach that allows Strategic Blue to manage our information security by addressing our people, processes and technology. It allows us to establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and continuously improve our data security so that your data is secure at all times.
For our customers, this certification means that they can go about their business with confidence that any data held with Strategic Blue is protected. This award is just additional proof that at Strategic Blue, we are committed to information security and that we will take all necessary steps to keep customer data safe, secure and accessible.
In order to maintain our ISO status, we will dedicate ourselves to continuous improvement and development and will adjust our structure and framework to improve the way we work and the services that we provide. We will also continue to manage and protect all of our data and exceed the needs and expectations of our customers, while complying with GDPR and other specifications and regulations.
Moving forward, our next challenge is to achieve ISO 45001 Health and Safety Management and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems to further demonstrate our commitment to both safety and the environment.
If you have followed Strategic Blue’s journey for a while, you will know of our background and continuous efforts to help the environment. Our aim is to make the use of cloud as attractive as possible so that inefficient data centres can be decommissioned to benefit our environment. Therefore, gaining ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems is a high priority for us and we can’t wait to add this certification to our growing list of achievements!
